Become Healthy With Potato

For make our body become more healthy, we have to do sport exercise in routine time, maybe about twice a week in 30 minutes for each time. We can do any exercise such as jogging, swimming or basketball depend on our hobby. We can do sport in everywhere and every time, but for special sport, of course we need the proper field to do, like swimming pool for swimming.
To make our exercise become more powerful, before exercise, we should have eat first. Potato is one of the recommended food before doing some activities. In every 100gr inside potato it have 82gr water, 2gr protein, 70 calories, and 19gr carbohydrate.
Besides of that, potato also have a lot of vitamin C, vitamin B6 and Mineral, The function of that nutrition is can protect our bone and our teeth because in the potato have enough vitamins, calcium, and magnesium to anneal the bone, increasing our flexible muscle because of the natrium the Ph become normal, help our digestion because the potato is easily to digested, can help our brain function, guard the skin health, besides that can remove the stain or blotch on the face, very effective to cure for inflammation due to internal and external laden of vitamin c, potassium, B6 and because inside of potato have so much carbohydrate but less protein, because of that potato is good to skinny people to gain their weight.
Because of the nutrition, now better for us to eat potato for breakfast and dinner, or before doing some activities . Potato is easy to cook and we can easily finding potato in supermarket or traditional market. The price is also relatively cheap and potato is durable when stored.

There is a lot a person can do such jogging or walking  in the morning, playing basketball or any other sport with friends but if a person wants to have muscles and look lean, the best thing to do will be to sign up and workout in a gym.

The best exercise plan should have cardiovascular and weight training exercises. This helps burn calories and increase the muscle to fat ratio that will increase ones metabolism and make one either gain or lose weight.

A person who has never worked out before should do it gradually. Doing it too much for the first time can make one pull a muscle or have an injury making it worse. Endurance will never be built in a day and doing it repeatedly will surely be good to the person.

Focusing on certain portion in the body can help make it improve. A good example is going to the gym and doing a workout more often in a specific area such as the abs can give one a chest pack.

But beauty is not only about having muscles which is what people can see. It is also about enhancing the beauty within.

Reduce Bad Cholesterol with Daily Activities

As employee at modern office, many people doing daily job. Preparing the documents for presentation or working in front of computer for long time and sit without doing many activities. Because of many work have to finish together makes some people don’t have time to do anything else, even to have launch usually they take a fast food, as we know that kind of food have so much cholesterol which is not good for our healthy. That’s why many people who work at office and spend so many time in their officedesk will get high result cholesterol when they check to health laboratory.
First thing for people who have high bad cholesterol should change their lifestyle and have some diet for their cholesterol treatment. Doing some exercise also recommended for them.
Second thing, try to choose the best carbohydrate source to become our diet menu, because we need carbohydrate  to our energy, so better to choose red rice, bread, and bean to give some energy from the carbohydrate and if you choose the best carbohydrate source, you can reduce the risk of diabetes or hiperkolesterolemia.
People who always do any work which doesn’t have a lot of move, should have break at least every one hour to do simple exercise such as standup and move left and right the body, lift the foot while sit in the chair and many simple exercise should have to do for about 5 or 10 minutes, after that we can continue doing our working again. By doing good lifestyle, little exercise, and simple diet, will reduce bad cholesterol result and make our healthy become stable.
